JOHN McALEER
CEO & Founder
A serial entrepreneur and privacy advocate, John has earned a tremendous reputation as the CEO of CAS as a trusted adviser and someone who knows how to assemble the right resources to tackle complex business challenges and deliver desired results. John is widely recognized for his creativity, technical expertise and unrelenting commitment to open communication and candor.
Prior to starting CAS Group, John held leadership positions at Lucent, Telecordia, Tachion and Sigma Systems. He is also the co-founder of AntiExploitation (a privacy-centric commerce-free social network), RDPS China (an offshore JV) and Cloudzilla. John is a licensed competitive race car driver and can be seen in many of the images across the CAS Group website. He is also a producer and film-score artist and developed a full-length score for “Behind the Nine”, a 2003 independent film.
TOM McALLISTER

Tom has worked alongside John since the company’s inception and carefully managed its rapid growth since 2007. Tom is known as a dynamic, entrepreneurial and engaging leader. He has the rare and incredibly valuable skill of being able to simplify and bring clarity to even the most complex endeavors. He believes strongly in the incredible impact people and organizations have on every business and IT project and is highly regarded for his ability to create the right roles for the right people.
Before CAS Group, Tom worked at Sprint, Shell and Radian International in continually expanding leadership positions. Tom also co-founded and serves as CEO of Cloudzilla, a cloud services company specializing in OpenStack cloud design and cloud application development. Tom holds a U.S. Patent in billing systems conversion. A University of Kansas grad, Tom is also an avid sailor and snow-boarder.

Todd started his strategy consulting career with Deloitte Consulting and then became CEO of inCode, a boutique strategy consulting company. He has also served on the board of Positioning Universal (IoT device manufacturer), and Global Cloud Fleet (fleet management solutions).

Before Liberty Global, he served as the SVP and CIO of Telenet, the largest Cable telecommunications company in Belgium.Prior to moving to Europe, Veenod was Vice President of Product Technology for Cox Communications Inc.

Prior to ACN Kevin operationalized the new Commercial Services division of Time Warner Cable (TWC), doubling business unit revenues from $600M in 2007 to more than $1.2B in 2012.

Dennis is an executive leader focused on large program initiatives in Fortune 100 telecommunications environments. He is a veteran with over 40 years of experience and he has held leadership positions in a variety of roles including planning,operations, customer care, M&A and transformation. Dennis is known as a visionary yet pragmatic leader with strong collaboration skills and he has delivered significant transformational and economic results for CenturyLink, AT&T, Comcast and Charter Communications.
DAVID FLESSAS
ADVISOR
Dave has been in telecom and data operations for over 30 years, including long stints at Sprint and Time Warner Cable. He was most recently SVP – Network Operations with responsibilities including Network Service Assurance, OSS systems development and deployment, network methods and procedures, and operational ownership of the NaviSite managed services subsidiary. He was also the Green and Sustainability officer at TWC. He has degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University.
